In the afternoon, the main topic was how to conquer the barricade that Dicolor are facing as well as how Dicolor can continue to survive and develop under the terrific market situation of one- after -another broken down companies and the reconstructing of the whole LED display industry. Therefore, the owner of Dicolor put forward conclude 9 main discussion subject, there were as follows: LED display industry development trend, Brand and market positioning, product promotion ,sales model, sales incentive management, Customer emotional Relationship, after-sale service, special market extension, difference between marketing and selling. They explained this way; "facing the current situation ,all the companies within LED display industry should make a alliance, Because fighting alone is not smart enough today.
